Reports To:
Service Supervisor
Summary of Position:
The Stationary Engineer will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance/repairs to various systems and equipment. They will also keep equipment in peak operating condition and prevent unnecessary breakdowns. This is a full-time position.
Major Activities:
Perform servicing, testing, inspection and repairs on a variety of equipment
Complete and document daily, monthly and annual facility inspections
Performs general building/production maintenance as assigned.
Follow the Company safety rules and regulations, as well as department procedures.
Monitor Control Systems
Carryout regular preventative HVAC maintenance and repairs to mitigate major damage.
Assist other Maintenance staff in projects and repairs.

- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow Supervisor's instructions
- Ability to work independently
- HVAC knowledge and experience
- Able to work nights and weekends as needed
