Fab Tech U-Tube Hydraulics
McKamish was the piping contractor for the hydraulic piping fabrication for Fab Tech.
Fab Tech Industries contracted McKamish to fabricate, install, test and flush a 3,000 psi hydraulic system for two U-Tube Cars for U.S. Steel Clairton Works. McKamish utilized an orbital welding system and successfully completed over 300 stainless steel orbital welds and pressure-tested the piping systems.
