McKamish was selected as the design-build mechanical contractor for the Union Trust Building Renovations.

The twelve story, 515,000 square foot office building features a 190-space parking garage and retail, fitness, auditorium and lecture space. The historically significant building located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh is designed to be LEED accredited. As the design-build mechanical contractor for the project, McKamish was instrumental in developing solutions that kept the building occupied while adhering to the historical and LEED requirements of the project.
