McKamish was selected as the mechanical contractor for Carnegie Mellon University's new Tepper School of Business.

The new 295,000 square foot structure is home to classrooms, student community areas, offices, dining services and a fitness center. The project also included a parking garage and a utility plant equipped with an auxiliary chiller plant. McKamish worked closely with the project team and CMU to ensure that the project maintained positive relationships with the neighboring communities.
