McKamish was selected as the mechanical contractor for the new Outpatient Care Center for West Virginia University Hospitals.

McKamish provided the HVAC and Plumbing for this fast tracked contract. The total mechanical construction time for this project was 9 months from beginning to end. This building is for outpatient procedures, specifically post operation follow ups with physicians. To overcome the scheduling challenge, McKamish coordinated the mechanicals in a timely manner to insert the hangers. This success was due to BIM coordination and the overall field coordination between all of the trades.
