McKamish was selected as the HVAC contractor for the renovations to Woodland Manor Condominiums.

McKamish furnished and installed a complete new heating and cooling system to the Woodland Manor Condominiums located in Shadyside. With the condominiums being completely occupied during renovation, McKamish had to pre-plan every aspect of the job as to not interfere with the occupants. The units serving each condo had to be resized to fit the air requirements of each space. The project involved a lot of field investigation to see what actually existed in the facilities.
